1. Battle of Minds reserves the right to use images and videos of participants taken during and after the competition rounds for branding and promotional purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, usage on social media platforms and external websites.

2. Participants are discouraged from capturing any photograph, video, or screenshot of the content shared during the upcoming rounds of the competition, including that which is available on this portal.

3. Participants are expected to maintain decorum while attending any physical or virtual event as part of the competition rounds and requirements.

4. If the selected participants are invited to physically attend in any venue or premises during any part of the competition, they shall not take photographs of any other area other than the designated space allotted for the participants for Battle of Minds, especially where the company logo or any proprietary branding is visible.

5. By uploading your video submission and sharing all other required documents, you are providing your consent to the Battle of Minds team to use this information for selection or future recruitment purposes.

6. I hereby confirm that the idea presented is original and not in infringement with any intellectual property.

7. I also fully understand that, if I am selected in the upcoming rounds, there is no guarantee nor entitlement that I will gain podium positions in the competition.
